Make a short video to tell people what you like about Tirana!
Prizes: Lincoln T-Shirts and a Pizza Party for the winning class!
Guidelines
Contest begins on February 22 and ends on March 19
Video may taken using any device including your mobile phone
Videos may be up to 3 minutes in duration.
All videos must be composed of entirely original video.
This contest is open to anyone under 20 taking a course at the Lincoln Center
All videos should be uploaded on youtube and a link sent to email

Terms and Conditions
Films may be up to 3 minutes in duration.
The contest begins on February 22 and ends on March 19
All films must be composed of entirely original video.
If you would like to include music, you must use music performed by someone in your class.
The competition is open to current Lincoln students under 20.
** If you are 20 or older BUT your teacher has informed you that your class will be doing this project, you may submit a video.**
6. Any narrating or dialogue in the film should be in English.
7. No Lincoln students are required to participate and this project will not affect your grade.
8. Entries must not contain content that is obscene, offensive or any other unsuitable material. For example, videos should not contain any content which is sexual in nature. Videos should not insult specific races or religions.
9. The video should not include the names, addresses, telephone numbers or any other personal information of another person that could identify that person without receiving that person’s permission.
10. No students should videotape during classes at the Lincoln Center.
11. One entry per class may be submitted. If more than one group in the class wishes to create a video, the group’s teacher should decide which video should be submitted by March 19.
12. Entries must be submitted via youtube.com. Go to youtube create an account and upload your video.

13. After uploading your video, send a link to the youtube video to the email address: In the subject of the email, type your teacher’s name and the center at which you take an English course. For example, “Genci Hoxha, Lincoln 2.” In the body of the email, you must include the following:
a. The link for the youtube video
b. The full names of the students that created the video.
c. The name of the teacher.
d. The Lincoln Center at which the students take an English course (1, 2 or 3).
14. By uploading your video, you give the Lincoln Center permission to use your video partially or in complete form for educational and marketing purposes. This includes creating links to your video on the Lincoln blog and website.
15. In addition to the quality of English, entries will be judged on the following criteria:
a) Creativity
b) Strength of storytelling (e.g. emotionally touching, thematically important)
c) Visual impact
16. Entries will be judged through the following process: After the competition has closed on March 19, Lincoln administrative staff will create a list of the top 10 videos. Each of the Lincoln managers will choose the top video for their center. Then, the President of Lincoln will choose the winning video.
17. Each of the students and the teacher in the class with the winning video will receive a free pizza party!
18. Each of the students and the teacher in the class with the videos that win 2nd and 3rd place will receive free Lincoln t-shirts.
